Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Impulse Leads Management (IPM), provided by Impulse Media Inc (“we,” “us”). By using IPM you agree to these Terms. Questions: info@steltersolutions.com.
The service
IPM is a multi-tenant lead-management CRM provided to business clients, typically alongside Impulse Media advertising services. It imports a client’s leads and helps their team track and follow up on them.
Accounts
Access is invite-based. Each client is responsible for its own users’ access and credentials, and for the lawfulness of the lead data it brings into IPM — including having the right to collect and process that data and obtaining any consent required by its lead forms.
Client data ownership
The client owns its lead and account data. We claim no ownership of it and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use of the service.
- No uploading or importing data you don’t have the right to collect and process.
- No attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants’ data.
- No reselling or sublicensing access to IPM.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliable uptime on a reasonable-efforts basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Payment and term
IPM is provided as part of the client’s agreement with Impulse Media; the commercial terms (fees, billing, and duration) are set out in that agreement rather than here.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
IPM is a tool to organize leads; the client is solely responsible for its own follow-up, communications, and legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement in accordance with the applicable Impulse Media agreement. On termination, the client may export or request its data, after which we delete it per the retention window in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and we will give notice of material changes. The current version is always available at https://impulseleads.app/legal/terms.
